CRAP OOC and Serious FRANCE? WTF- lol, sorry IDK, I blame the crisis for sapping him of his pedo tendencies...

This was actually supposed to be a series, but when my computer crashed I lost everything except this one page when i sent it for repair.

Just a brief nutshell: This comic is based on the brewing tensions between America and the European Union (led by Germany and France- this pairing in Hetalia would be hilarious LOL)- America wants Europe to spend more money, but Germany and France refuse because they want there to be proper financial regulations and standards before they commit more funds.

They argue that America does not understand that they have other social nets that are being government funded, and the fact that they also intend to top up the IMF Fund to help developing nations overcome this crisis. (Heh- only Hetalia can actually inspire me to illustrate world events).

I thought illustrating this in a comic would be interesting because Alfred's strength is weakening a bit, and his allies are doubting him- and I wondered how he would react to this. The other pages had UK and Japan showing support (only these 2 countries followed the US plan of pumping more money into their economies), and Russia giving Alfred vodka and talking about nationalization (This was inspired by Obama trying to improve Russia-USA relations- I had fun drawing and writing this- AUGHHHHHHHHHH but I spent so much time AND IT'S ALL GONE)

Doing this on my sis' 4 year old IBM was sheer hell (it look 5 mins to apply a single gradient) and I didn't manage to do proper backgrounds. Well, I hope to get my own laptop back soon.
